Do you feel stuck and unable to start or finish your creative project? Do you long to be able to immerse into a creative flow?
I use the same “inner experience” approach to coaching as I do to psychotherapy. I help you understand your creative blocks in the context of your life, your relationships, and your situation. But in coaching, I do not diagnose or treat a mental condition. In coaching, I will help you explore the emotional aspects of your creative process: the fears and dreads, as well as the hopes and dreams. Along the way, we will develop unique strategies, based on your life, circumstances, and experiences, that you can use to propel your creativity and innovation.
Creativity Coaching is goal-directed and strength-based. If we determine that psychotherapy or medication is indicated, I will refer you to local mental health care. As a creativity coach, I am free to meet with you in-person, by telephone, or video call. Coaching enables us to connect no matter where you live, and we can work together in the privacy, comfort, and convenience of your home, studio or office.
